Pearl helps homeowners increase the sale value of their house through certifying the energy efficiency of their appliances. However, Pearl needed a way to help real estate agents and their customers understand just how much value Pearl Home Certification would mean to them.
Dogpatch Tech ran a 5-day design sprint to design and test a prototype mobile app that would let real estate agents pre-certify a home and show a homeowner just how much more value Pearl could add to their home. Within five days Dogpatch Tech and Pearl designed, built and tested on actual agents a prototype mobile app, and used the feedback to iterate quickly without having to pay for a long development cycle.
Only a few months later, Pearl successfully launched their mobile app, having already tested their designs beforehand and continued to use Dogpatch Tech as they iterated on their app.
